The Italian lakes are famous for beauty, sophistication and warm climate. The views are breathtaking from practically anywhere, and it’s easy to see why so many of the great and good are attracted here (more George Clooney than Wayne Rooney!), as well as us mere mortals! And to the East, past gorgeous Verona and Padua is the even more amazing Venice and the beaches at the Northern most point of the Adriatic Sea.
Lake Garda is the largest lake in Italy, stretching 52km from fertile plains at its Southern end, up into the dramatic mountains above Limone. In the fantastic climate from late Spring through to Autumn, life revolves around activities on or around the lake, with water sports enthusiasts dodging the boats and ferries which criss-cross the lake.
Our fabulous Lake Garda resorts are situated close to the magical towns of Peschiera del Garda, Sirmione and Bardolino, where you’ll find the scenery, coffee, wine and ice-cream all unbeatable. This part of the lake also plays host to brilliant family attractions such as Gardaland and Canavara World theme parks and Medieval Times. They sit comfortably between Verona and Brescia airports and with magical Venice within reach too.
And Venice itself is right on the doorstep of our resort on the Adriatic coast – Pra’ Delle Torri – an hour from the floating city by road and with a direct boat link. A fantastic combination of one of the world’s most beautiful cities and a holiday destination promising a fantastic climate, fun and relaxation.
With direct Adriatic beach access, an amazing waterpark, activities and restaurants, Pra' Delle Torri is perfect for holiday fun and visiting Venice.
